ATASCOCITA HIGH SCHOOL BAND
​IS GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!

New Updates as of 2/2/2023

There were a LOT of messages that went out today with all the real-time changes being made and some last-minute checks on things due to the storm that caused ALL three flights to be cancelled yesterday. The band directors are super thankful for parents and students for their understanding and their flexibility while we try to pull the rest of the trip together for our kids.

Here are all the items discussed:
  • Reminder: you need your blue trip shirt tomorrow.
  • The Trip Itinerary has been updated many times. The button below is the FINAL itinerary for the trip. You can CLICK HERE FOR THE FINAL ITINERARY
  • Flight Rosters were posted on the BAND app so kids and adults can see who is in your flight.
  • The new flights on Friday February 3:
    • We will be departing from AHS at 1:30PM on yellow busses to go to the airport to meet Pat with TMF.
    • DEPARTURE ITINERARY HERE - to be clear - we are leaving FROM Atascocita HS to go to the airport. Be sure to read the lunch plan for tomorrow.
    • We will go through TSA. Please go to the following link for baggage dimensions for American Airlines (it's ever slightly different than what we were told): For dimensions for AA, CLICK HERE FOR LINK
    • 5:50 PM - GROUP 1: has 50 Travelers on American Airlines Flight #1462 Departs to Charlotte (CLT)
    • 6:19 PM - GROUP 2: has 26 Travelers on America Airlines Flight #1451 Departs to Miami (MIA)
    • 6:32 PM - GROUP 3: has 49 Travelers on American Airlines Flight #2737 Departs to Dallas (DFW)
  • The workshop was cancelled - students will not need to bring their instruments. And the blue AMB shirt is no longer required.
  • TMF pulled strings, and now kids will be able to go from one park to another. WE WILL PARK HOP TOGETHER. AS PER THE HANDBOOK, NO ONE DOES ANYTHING APART FROM THE BAND - WE DO ALL THE THINGS TOGETHER AS A TEAM.​

TRIP REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or mail, addressed to your travel representative
and/or agent.

If we do not receive written notification, the parents will still be liable for expenses made on behalf of cancelled party.
  • 0-30 Days prior to departure: 100 % of Total Trip Cost is Non- Refundable
  • 31-60 Days prior to departure: 75% of Total Trip Cost is Non-Refundable
  • 61-90 Days prior to departure: 50% of Total Trip Cost is Non-Refundable
  • 91-120 Days prior to departure: 25% of Total Trip cost is Non-Refundable
  • Upon Registration: The initial $100 is Non-Refundable per traveler when you register for the trip.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE DISNEY TRIP

​TMF Travel is a professional student tour operator and specializes in planning trips for student groups from an
educator’s perspective. TMF Travel is excited to be collaborating with your organization for its upcoming trip!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE & FIRST PAYMENT DUE DATE: June 1, 2022
TMF Travel will be handling your trip registration and payments. A customized web page for this program has
been set up that contains all of the trip details; it will allow you to register, make payments and complete your
medical waiver online. You may also pay by check to the address listed above, make sure to add your Trip
Code and Registration number to the memo.

STEP 1:
In your Google Chrome browser, please visit the website: www.toursandtravelpaytrip.com/reservation
On this screen you will need to enter the Group Code and Password.
  • Group Code: ATHSB
  • Password: 2023​
STEP 2:
The next page will have all the details regarding the trip. Your next step is to click the button, “New
Reservation.”
 After clicking, you will be asked to enter your email address, phone number, and the type of
package(s) you are registering for. After entering your information, you’ll proceed to click the button, “Create
Reservation”
 and will be prompted to fill in the information for the traveler(s).

When completed, you will receive an email confirmation and a unique Reservation Code.

To make future payments, you will need the Group Code and Password along with your email address and
your Reservation Code to access your reservation. You will then click on the “Payments” tab at the top of the
screen and scroll down to the blue Make A Payment button.

*Please note online and over the phone payments incur a processing fee. You may mail in a check to the address listed
above to avoid this fee using your GROUP CODE and RESERVATION CODE on the memo line. (EX. ATHSB- 012345)
