TRIP UPDATE: 5/22/2024

The first non-refundable deposit of $250 is due by June 1 for AHS Band students who will be traveling to New York City with the band! See information below to start your registration!

Student and Chaperone Registration

1. Visit our website at:
https://www.etadventures.com/

    Click the green text in the top section of the screen that says: "Login"
      Trip Code: atascocita25
      Password:  nyctrip25

2. Click on the Red Button that says "Make a new reservation"

3. Complete the information and continue to follow the instructions to complete your registration.

4. Once you have completed your reservation, you will come to a page with tabs at the top, click on the "Passengers" tab.

5. On the Passengers tab, click on the "Waiver Incomplete View/Edit" button.

6. Completed all required information in the Waiver. You can log out and log back in to finish the waiver at a later date using the reservation information emailed to you.

RESERVATIONS / PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required by 06/01/2024 to reserve a space
Non-refundable installments are due per the following schedule:

July 1st, 2024 $250 per person
August 1st, 2024 $250 per person
September 1st, 2024 $250 per person
October 1st, 2024 $250 per person
November 1st, 2024 $250 per person
December 1st, 2024 $250 per person
January 1st, 2025 Final Balance

COST OF THE TRIP
Quad - (4 people / 2 beds) - $1,951 (this is what most students get)
Triple - (3 people / 2 beds) - $2,049
Double - (2 people / 2 beds) - $2,243
